Thanks for the comparison question Kim! I haven't been keeping up with BB in the more recent weeks, but I will do my best!
I'd probably akin Ted to Jeremy. Ted had more enemies than friends and was removed from the house for not only being a threat to other games, but due to being unpopular with a lot of the other houseguests.
I feel Alexis is like Jessie. Jessie was known for being a sweet girl, that had a difficult time fitting in. While Alexis did a better job of fitting in than the real Jessie, she got taken out for targeting a big player and not having enough allies to support her.
Wanda is Spencer in this case. She was often a pawn for votes whenever a blindside occurred, and was finally taken out when nobody needed her to be a pawn anymore. While Spencer hasn't really been a pawn for blindsides, he's been a pawn, and will most likely be taken out when he's no longer needed.
Judd to me is like David, someone who was likeable on a social level but got taken out for being a threat/aligned with the wrong people. Judd's relationship with Sydney (the Aaryn) was seen as dangerous, as well as his genuine likeability. If Judd had been more of a threat in comps, he would have been the perfect David.
I feel like Kourtney is a lot like Andy. She was playing somewhat of an UTR game and was waiting until a later time to make a move. She had strong ties to the Amanda, Helen, and the Aaryn of the game, just like the real Andy.
There is no doubt Danielle is Amanda in this case. She was viewed as the person at the head of decision making, the ringleader behind a solid alliance, and targeted for being a power player. This is everything Amanda is.
I'd compare Colby to Kaitlin. He was someone that had a good head on his shoulders but aligned himself with the wrong people. The only thing that is absent in this comparison is that he wasn't as much of a physical threat as Kaitlin.
I feel like Shawna compares to Helen. She was a very skilled all around player, and someone who was keeping their options open, still had certain loyalties, and had a strong strategic head on their shoulders. I always felt Shawna was playing a strong strategic game, as she made that evident by being involved in every blindside up until the DD vote, just like Helen.
Kim compares to McCrae. I viewed Kim and Danielle as inseparable in this game in the same sense Amanda and McCrae were inseparable. I feel McCrae was more in Amanda's corner, while I felt Kim might have eventually taken out DD, although there is talk McCrae might consider doing that down the road. Not only does the relationship match up perfectly but Kim was capable in comps like McCrae and had a lot of friends/allies.
I think Candice is like Candice. I say this because Candice was one of the most outspoken houseguests this season, and I feel Sausage Candice was the same way. At the F7 challenge, Candice made it very clear she didn't like being targeted, and she was also very blunt with other players at time. (Her telling Colby she hoped he went home at the F13 comes to mind) She had a very independent mind, and got taken out for her outspokenness, as well as for targeting the wrong person.
Alex is the Gina Marie to me. He was someone everyone liked, but he didn't really fit in to anyone's endgame plans except for those that wanted to take someone to the end they felt they could beat.
I feel Chase is a lot like Howard. Aside from the few lies Howard told, he was mostly honest and loyal to the people he was with just like Chase. He had allegiances to certain people, and when his alliance was dismantled, he was eventually taken out behind it. The only difference is that Chase made it a lot further than Howard did.
I compare Sean to Elissa. Sean had a bad rep last season, just like Elissa had a bad rep for being Rachel's sister, yet both managed to take a somewhat rocky start and turn it into being able to stick around for a while.
Mikayla to me is like Judd. Judd was one of the most likeable players in the house, and Mikayla has consistently been one of the most likeable players, all the way back to the beginning. Had there ever come a time when Mikayla was voted out, I think it would have been difficult for a lot of people to write her name, which is truly a testament to the strong social game she played.
Sydney is totally Aaryn. She went from being a target early on, to wiggling her way in and winning many competitions to keep herself safe. She also worked on forming strong social connections with other players to help further herself in the game.
I'd compare myself to Nick. Nick was someone going in who was going to play a strategic game, and I feel that's a lot like me in this case. I came into SI All Stars planning to be as strategic as I possibly could be. Had Nick not been taken out because of the MC being exposed, I'm sure he would have played a great game, and I wouldn't have been surprised if he made it all the way to the finals.
Thanks for your comparison question Kim, and good luck with your decision!
