Jonas. I respect you a hell of a lot, and I was very much looking forward to playing with you. It's sad that it has to happen this way since I know that you're a lot more willing to be here and play hard than some people. Sadly the game is already in motion, and it seems like there's little chance of anything undoing that.

Everybody I've talked to has said your name. Other names have been tossed around, but never the same name and never anything concrete. But always yours. If there was one other that I could count on for sure, I'd put my neck out. But as it stands it just doesn't seem like there is.

I'm disappointed in this turn of events incredibly, but I know that as a decent player who understands how the game works you'll appreciate my position. I'm already in danger myself, and sticking my neck out further at this point will just get it slit. I just can't justify risking my own game when it doesn't seem like it'll have any effect on the outcome of this vote whatsoever. I'm sure you'd do the same if you were me.

Know that this single event will have drastic repercussions. It's setting up the sides for a bloody battle and there will be vengeance for what was done to you. Some people are too comfortable and playing too hard, too fast. They'll get theirs. If it's any consolation, your being taken out and the fallout it will generate showcases how much power you have as a player. Not many people can go out on the first round and cause such a maelstrom.

So don't see this as you playing the game poorly. You never had a chance to play, and whatever feeling usually associates the first boot of a game need not apply here. You've gotten people scared, and that says everything.

This one was actually very complicated. It's been flipping back and forth for the whole of the day and frankly, I'm getting tired. I just want to have a solid answer on where to vote. I have no idea if we will wind up having that, but assuming we do I'll write your eulogy here.

You were deemed as a bigger threat by Elyse, who seems to have some serious long standing vendetta against you. Personally I would've preferred to make good on the stuff you started saying to me and maybe finally have a shot at working with you. I feel like you were due much longer for the game, but so was Jonas and you called the shots on that one.

Either way this would happen sooner or later. I don't buy that you ever would view me as anything but a threat, and I don't buy that I wouldn't even be your next target. I'm not planning on being so easily deceived and swept along this game. Maybe it's happening already? Either way, me and you just wouldn't have worked out and you know it.

Miki is somebody I would have rather hit out at first, but this is the only way I can really rely on fully so I just have to trust in what people are telling me and go the safe route. It puts me in a better position overall and that's all it comes down to. It really is nothing personal, though I don't for a second trust you either. I guess this is some kind of payback for how things went down in your other life.

I'm sure that the Lord will have mercy on your soul. If you truly are a righteous man, you have nothing to fear at all. Let's wait and see, shall we?

No complicated rhyme or reason here. You're working for the wrong side. There's a big alliance that is growing each day and gaining control and you opted to be a part of it. So naturally, you can't stick around any longer.

You already expressed that you had problems talking to me. Not sure why that is. In a 35 person game I have other things to do than make friendly chat with everybody and I was never less than friendly to you. So sorry, I guess? But not really. This is a necessary step in my fight for survival.

If this fails, it'll be my head instead of yours and if that happens so be it. I can only do so much. But I'd much rather trust in the strength of outcasts than in big supposedly stable alliances. Hate to break it to you, but you won't get to the end of this by sucking up to a more powerful player.

Indeed if this works here today, you won't get to the end at all. So one way or another, one of us is going down tonight. Unlike you, I refuse to be a pawn in somebody's game. I'm not the chess-master either, but maybe I can topple the board a little.

Your title for this is the devil. I know full well that you're not the real devil or even close to it. But a devil is a devil. Sooner or later this had to happen. It's a harder sell to aim higher right now so I'll take what I can. If that's the head of a smaller devil, so be it.
