One by one, everyone steps out of the vehicle they were transported by into Sausage Island's ponderosa. The heavy scent of bad grilling and bad attitudes tighten up people's throats. They are silent until they arrive at camp.
Kourtney, while at Ponderosa, is happy to see friendly faces like Kelly and Eliza. People that she'd befriended at charity events and reality rallies also join the list of people she's excited to play with. Among these include Sydney, Pete, and Jonas. And then she saw it. The brown hair. The straight lips. The dragonslayer. And you know what, she sighed and hoped that all was well since her season. This was a new dawn, and a new day.

Before the official start of Sausage Island: All Stars, each castaway gets a short interview to spill their thoughts. This is Kourtney's.
[jumbled hello's, production tells kourtney where and how to sit, adjusts her clothes and makeup for one last time and clicks record]
Hey guys! I'm back! [chuckles] Ugh, it's so good to finally talk about what I've been thinking since we all got here! I've been bursting at the seams really.
Anyway, I'm SO EXCITED to be here! EEEEEE! [kourtney cheers to the camera with a grimace] Everyone I thought would be here from my season is here. And then... you know, the cast is huge. Thirty five people is a LOT of people. You have comedy like Sekou and Phillip, and the almighty Carter, and you have the socialities like me and Alexis and Ted. You know, through a cast of 35 people there's really a guarantee that every sort of Survivor player is represented.
That being said, I'm changing what I did in Sausage. NOTE TO SELF: Don't overplay! In a cast full of ALL STARS, I can NOT succumb to greed and get myself onto the Captain's pedestal again. That absolutely ruined my game in Sausage 4! Yeah, I dominated the pre-merge, but that's not what I want to dominate! I want to dominate the game. In two different ways. First, silently, and then, loudly. When there's a point where me getting to the end is a no brainer, I will flaunt my brains like no other, but until then, I need to control from the shadows. The way I plan on doing this is teaming myself up with a really social player, someone that's a got a good head on their shoulders, and hiding behind them until I can get 'em out. It's happened before, and I'll make it happen now!
Really looking forward to the tribe I get.
[10 seconds in the interview are left but kourtney doesn't have anything else to say. she gets up and chats around with the other castaways while everyone else does their own interview]

No idea at this point. I mean, I know things get started really fast in ORGs these days, but the most social player that I talked to tonight is Mikayla, and I'm not working with that creature. Ted, maybe? I think he likes me.  |
