Everyone has finished, and we have our two.
The person who went the highest on the Qaawan ladder and the person who went the highest on the Kraken ladder will be re-entering the game.
Remember that they had to climb back down successfully as well, or it wouldn't count. If they slipped, they then had to begin on the opposite ladder, which means they had to catch up.
Kim and Elyse got off to a quick start. Kim for white, Elyse for black. A few hours in...Elyse slipped up. Kim was continuing to climb up for white, and about 11 hours in, she slipped up. No progress by anyone at that point.
The window was open for literally anyone now. No bar was set. Carter attempted to go for white...but slipped on his way down. Brandon went up 21 for black...and made it! Brandon was leading for the Qaawan group.
Ibe then went towards white after Kim and Carter slipped. Ibe finished successfully. Up 12 and down 12, two hours.
Brandon and Ibe were the two to beat at this point. Sandra, Jonas, Ted, and Brandon began climbing the white ladder to beat Ibe's two hours, just as the deadline almost hit. Carter, Kim, and Ibe began going towards black.
Brandon and Ibe already had the records for the opposite color. Ibe went up two, down two on black as a safety net. This put him behind Brandon's 21. Brandon began on white...only to slip on his second post. The two would have to rely on their first scores.
Trying to beat Brandon's 21, Carter wasn't able to begin in time. Kim, now the last person on black, was still going strong. It was between her and Brandon. One would return, the other would not.

Kim went up 24 and down 24, just a few ahead of Brandon.
It was now down to the three fighting for Ibe's spot in the white group. Ibe had set the mark at 12. Sandra, Jonas, and Ted blew by that mark, but had to continue to climb up to compete with each other.
About 50 ladder runs up...Sandra slipped up.
Between Ted and Jonas, one would slip up soon after Sandra. The other would go on to climb up 70 ladders...and then climb down successfully, for a record 11 and a half hours. This knocked Ibe's score out.
The other player returning is...
Congrats Ted and Kim! The two of you fought hard and earned a spot back into the game. Kim will join the Qaawan group, Ted will join the Kraken group.
You won't be receiving Immunity, or a necklace, or an HII, and won't retain any prizes you may have had at the time of your boot. You both have a second shot. Make the most of it!
Treemail was posted earlier. New camps will be made as tonight's challenge begins.
